Exchange Period
You have 7 days from the day your order is delivered to request an exchange.

Eligibility for Exchanges
The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels still attached.

Note that sale items cannot be exchanged unless there's a manufacturing defect or the item arrived damaged in shipping.

Exchange Process
Message our customer support on WhatsApp at +92 334 3045937. Include your order number, the item you'd like to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

Once that's confirmed, send the item back via any courier service to our warehouse address below.

Return Policy
If you receive a damaged item or aren't satisfied with the quality, contact our team to arrange a refund. The unworn product will need to be returned to our warehouse first.
